I'm feeling pretty good for a Monday morning. I woke up at 6, showered and made coffee. I ate a small bowl of frozen mango & berries for breakfast. I didn't want to eat too much because I have a yoga class at 8 and I hate the feeling of food in my stomach during yoga.
With breakfast I drank my coffee w/ light vanilla soy milk and sugar free hazelnut coffeemate. I also had a small glass of orange juice.
Well I'm off for a long day! I packed with a bunch of snacky things to fulfill me all day.
