After reviewing my eats yesterday and the day before, I realize that I'm choosing veggies over fruit alot. I tend to do that, as I crave savory things more than sweet most of the time. So this morning I vowed to make sure I ate some fruit!
However, I was still craving savory! So I scrambled up some quick "Stir-Fry Eggs" using the leftover stir-fry veggies from the other night, egg beaters, cheddar cheese and turkey bacon. Sounds weird, but it was very good.
For the fruit part, I microwaves about 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries and then added a sliced banana to it. YUM. I'm glad I mixed in fruit. My goal is going for today is to eat a piece of fruit w/ every meal!
I'm running late! I'm not sure when I'll be able to post next. Maybe not until tomorrow. (Yikes.) Hang Tight!

hehe, I'm the opposite. I chose fruits over veggies more. I'm more of a sweet > savory person :]
Can't go wrong with choosing an abundance of fruits and vegetables!! :0)

I think I usually choose fruit over veggies, but I eat so much of both that I can't really tell :) Looks like a great breakfast!
